QUESTION #2

QUESTION #2
"When you photograph in people in color, you photograph their clothes. But when you photograph people in black and white, you photograph their souls" -Ted Grant

I definitely agree with what Ted Grant is saying because a lot of them time, in colored photos you focus more on flaws and the clothes they are wearing and the color of their hair or eyes, details like that. But when you say a photograph of someone in black in white you can read their expression better, look in to their eyes and see their soul and what kind of person they are instead of focusing on the materialist aspects of the photo. It allows for a blank canvas with the distraction of other things focusing just on the person and they story they have to tell through the photograph.
